30-minute 1:1 Onboarding call (with me).

On your first day, I'll walk you through the logistics of how The VA Academy will run, so that everything is super clear from day one.

90-minute live Group Coaching Calls every 2nd Monday (with me).

Inside these group coaching sessions with me, you'll experience high-level mentorship and guidance using my proven strategies, so that you know the exact actions you need to take to reach your goals! Each live call will run every second Monday at 12 PM and 8 PM Irish/UK time (you only need to attend one).

30-minute 1:1 Progress Check-in calls every 6 weeks (with a team member).

This is your chance to review your progress inside The Academy, reflect on what you've achieved, work through roadblocks you're facing and set clear priorities for the next 6 weeks ahead.

Supportive Group WhatsApp channels (Monday-Thursday).

1 - Coaching Support (With Niamh).

Here you have direct access to me for ongoing business guidance and accountability. This is where you ask questions about clients, pricing, discovery calls, packages, mindset blocks or any decisions you’re navigating as you build your business. All other current VA Academy members are also in this group 24/7, so this is your chance to build a community of like-minded people and see what's possible as you progress through the course.

2 - Social Media Support (With Our Social Media Coach).

Your visibility is supported daily inside our dedicated Social Media Support group. A team member reviews your Instagram profile and gives you actionable feedback on your bio, branding and overall positioning so your page looks professional and client-ready. You’ll also receive feedback on the posts and stories you share, helping you refine your messaging, strengthen your confidence on camera and continuously improve your content.

3 - The VA Leads Hub.

Inside, we share job opportunities that come directly into our community along with roles we find online from business owners actively looking to hire support. This gives you access to real opportunities and adds another layer of momentum into the programme, that is designed to help you move faster and see results sooner.

You have the opportunity to get high-level video feedback on what you are working on from Monday-Thursday with a 24 hour turn-around time. You can upload anything from your branding colours to a proposal for a potential client call, and anything in between. This is your portal to get our expert eyes on your work!

Live trainings and Workshops (Run by myself and special guests).

You'll get access to regular live trainings and workshops to support your progress. These include guest expert trainings, quarterly market trend updates to keep you ahead of industry changes and a yearly goal setting workshop. We also stay on top of the latest tools and AI technology so you are always learning modern ways to work smarter and stay ahead.
