Month 10–12: Reaching Long-Term Stability & Scaling.


Working at full capacity with your client work.

 Learning how to scale your VA business once you're consistently at full capacity.

Strengthening your internal business through automations.

Exploring scaling opportunities like specialising, outsourcing or hiring a team.
Outcome: 
Students now have a well-established Virtual Assistant business with long-term clients and consistent income. From here, they can grow beyond their full-time income, and start to expand their business further.
